Heidi: This isn’t like Spencer’s relationship and you decide what we do.

Lauren: (V.O.) Spencer and Heidi got in a big fight over wedding planning. But in the end, she got him to see it her way.

Spencer: I am so sorry that I did not respect your need to have the wedding of your dreams…

Heidi: Thank you for the flowers. Thank you for the apology. 

Lauren: (V.O.) Audrina was still holding out for Justin to treat her like a real girlfriend.

Audrina: I’m not a receptionist anymore. It’s like my chance to really prove that… (Justin burps and laughs)

Lauren: (V.O.) I knew some things aren’t worth fighting for.

Lauren: I want to forgive you and I want to forget you.

Lauren: (V.O.) But I was about to be reminded, sometimes when you’re finally done fighting, the fight comes to you.

CUT TO: Hillside Villas

Audrina walks into the kitchen where Lauren is.

Audrina: ‘Morning. I have to tell you something.

Lauren: Tell me.

Audrina: I went out to this new club, called Green door, and I was standing there talking to my friends and these two girls are standing behind me and I turn around and she’s like ‘Hi my name’s Stephanie Pratt....’ (Lauren’s face looks shocked at the last name of Pratt) ‘And I just want you to know that you’re a f**king bitch and you and Lauren are done’.

Lauren: I met that girl before.

Audrina: I had no idea he had a sister.

Lauren: She’s a loony.

Audrina: Kinda looks like him too.

Lauren: It’s a She-Pratt.

Audrina: It is a She-Pratt.

Lauren: That’s the thing. It’s like the only thing worse than Spencer is a she-version of Spencer because she’s capable of all the same things but at the end of the day…

Audrina She can get away with it.

Lauren: A guy can’t hit a girl. A girl can hit a girl. You know what I mean?

Audrina: (Laughs0 Oh god! (Lauren makes a scared face)

CUT TO: Opening Credits

CUT TO: Heidi & Spencer’s Apartment

Someone knocks on the door and Heidi answers it while Spencer is sitting on the couch.

Heidi: Coming! (She opens the door and it turns out to be Stephanie, Spencer’s sister.) Hey!

Stephanie: Hi!

Heidi: (Hugs Stephanie) How are you?

Stephanie: Uh, so much traffic. (She comes inside and Heidi shuts the door behind her)

Heidi: Oh, Hollywood.

Stephanie: (Looking at the apartment) This is nice. (She removes her sunglasses)

Heidi: Yeah!

Spencer: What up sis?

Stephanie: Hi.

Spencer: Pound it a little bit. (They bump fists)

Stephanie: Where are the jellyfish?

Spencer: They went on vacation. (Heidi sits down on the chair)

Stephanie: Mom’s house?

Spencer: No.

Heidi: The electricity went off.  (Stephanie sits down on the couch next to Spencer) And they were gonna die.

Spencer: Heidi forgot to pay the bill.

Heidi: You were supposed to pay it.

Spencer: Six months, she hasn’t paid it.

Heidi: Shut up. (They start playfully hitting each other)

Stephanie: This is crazy. I have never seen two people so in love.

Spencer: Look at that. I didn’t even pay her to say that.

Stephanie: Seriously.

Heidi: Um…do your parents know about wedding? Do you even know about the wedding?

Stephanie: Yeah, Tibet. (Heidi laughs)

Spencer: See? We’re going to Tibet.

Heidi: We’re not going to Tibet.

Spencer: Don’t you think Tibet is a fun place to get married?

Stephanie: I wanna go to Kawasia when I get married.

 Spencer: See, the Pratt’s know what’s up. We…international weddings.

Stephanie: You only get married once.

Heidi: I wanna have a fun wedding but I don’t want to have like…I wanna have your mom there, I wanna have people there.

Spencer: Heidi wants to have a wedding in a church with…

Heidi: With like a priest who actually marries you.

Stephanie: Oh my god! Roxy and I went online to become ministers. How did I forget this?

Heidi: Oh…

Stephanie: I could marry you.

Spencer: She could do everything.

Stephanie: Please let me do it.

Heidi: Right. I don’t want…I don’t want that.

CUT TO: Hillside Villas

Audrina is sitting on the couch when Lauren comes in.

Lauren: Where do you wanna go tonight? I don’t even know.

Audrina: Well we’ll have to find where all our friends are going. Where is Brody and Frankie going tonight?

Lauren: (Now sitting down) Brody and Frankie are both going to Opera.

Audrina: Maybe we should just go there. I don’t know if Justin’s coming tonight.

Lauren: Have you talked to him today?

Audrina: No he hasn’t called me back. Surprise! (She laughs)

Lauren: You have to have a relationship that functions.

Audrina: It has to be balanced.

Lauren: In public, you know what I mean?

Audrina: Yeah and I understand that guys, like they can’t help when like a cute girl walks by or catches their eye but with Justin it’s like ‘Come on like you don’t need to do it to every girl that walks by’.

Lauren: You mean like he checks out girls in front of you?

Audrina: We were at Scorpions, and these two girls walk by and he (imitates what Justin did) totally just went like that. I’m like ‘What are you doing?’ Like I don’t care but I want him to be more attentive and he’s not doing it. He just doesn’t care. It’s like whenever we’re together, he’s so different than when we’re…we’re out in public with friends and…it’s like whenever we’re out, it’s like we don’t know each other and then whenever we’re together,  we’re like together, you know?

Lauren: If you guys were hermits, you’d have like the perfect relationship.

Audrina: Pretty much. (They both laugh) 

CUT TO: That Night – Opera

Lauren, Audrina and Justin are sitting at a table when Brody and Frankie come in. Lauren opens her arms for Brody to hug her.

Brody: Oh, you’re gonna say hello? Thanks that’s so sweet of you.

Lauren: I’m up.

Brody: You’re up. (She gets up and they hug) How you doing?

Lauren: Good how are you?

Brody: Amazing.

Frankie: (To Justin) How you been? Where you been?

Audrina: He’s been in lalaland. He doesn’t have time for anyone, not even me. (It shows that Stephanie, Spencer’s sister and Roxy, Heidi’s friend, are in Opera as well)

Brody: Oh my god. That’s Spencer’s sister over there. That’s Spencer’s sister over there. (Stephanie sees Brody and waves but he doesn’t wave back)

Lauren: Oh my god…

Stephanie: (Her and Roxy approach the table) Brody! What are you doing here? You’re on the evil side. Come home with us.

Roxy: We just wanna warn you guys to stop messing with Heidi like stop being mean to her.

Lauren: What have I done to her?

Stephanie: Uh you made it so everyone hates…why…just because you hate Spencer…

Lauren: I haven’t done anything to her. You don’t know me. Do you know me? I haven’t done anything…

Roxy: No I love Heidi. I know Heidi.

Lauren: I used to love Heidi too I understand. I don’t…sorry I don’t like your brother for personal reasons, I…I don’t get along with Heidi, that’s kind of our business.

Stephanie: Heidi’s my family now. They’re getting married. When you hate my brother, it makes me hate you.

Brody: I love your brother but he f**ked up and that’s his fault and he has to deal with that. It’s not between you, it’s not between her. Heidi’s business, her business, it’s their business. Stop getting involved in what you don’t…stop.

Stephanie: It’s just really s***ty of you Brody.

Brody: I…me? What did I do?

Stephanie: (To Roxy) All right, this is…let’s just leave. Let’s just go.

Lauren: Don’t fight other people’s battles. (Stephanie and Roxy walk away)

Frankie: Drama, always drama, drama, drama.

Audrina: (To Lauren) You know who they remind me of?

Lauren: What?

Audrina: Cinderella and the stepsisters. (Lauren and Audrina burst into laughter)

Brody: I still don’t understand the whole ‘come home with me’ thing. Did you get that one? (Justin is checking out a red head girl nearby them. He points his thumb at her as if to tell her he’ll meet her privately and she nods at him. He gets up and goes over to the girl)

Audrina: Good! Now he walks away! I’m seriously… (Cuts to Justin in a booth near the bar with the red headed girl as Audrina watches them.)

Brody: What’s Justin-Bobby doing over there? (Audrina cranes her neck, looking for him. It cuts to Justin and the girl. They are sitting alone together, talking. People walk in front so they are not seen anymore.)

Lauren: Did he just kiss her?

Brody: Oh my god. (Brody looks shocked as Audrina looks upset)

CUT TO: Opera

Audrina and Lauren get up from the table.

CUT TO: Outside Opera

They’re all standing outside.

Jill: Oh my god. What just happened?

Lauren: Justin just kissed another girl at the bar. (To Audrina) You okay?

Audrina: No. I just want to cut him off and not talk to him ever again. I am serious. I am dead serious.

Jill: He’s on his way out. (Justin comes outside with the red headed girl)

Audrina: (To Justin) What are you doing? Justin! Wait! (She goes after him when he won’t stop to talk to her) You know what? I saw you guys kissing at the bar!

Girl: (As Justin hides from Audrina) What the…are you kidding me?

Audrina: Oh am I kidding you?

Girl: I swear to God I did not kiss him. I did not mack him.

Audrina: Then what was that at the bar? We all saw it. We were standing there…

Girl: Audrina. Honestly…

Audrina: No. No. I’m f**king done. Go. (She pushes the girl away from her) I’m done with both of you.

Lauren: You’re so much better than that.

Audrina: No that’s it. Him…he’s smiling and laughing at me, he won’t even come and talk to me. (Justin is standing near them, making faces as he holds a cigarette in his hand)

Lauren: It’s okay. Do you want to run across the lot?  Let’s go to the lot to go to the car. Let’s go. (They start walking to the car) Justin leave her alone.

Justin: It’s over? Is that what you want? (They try to walk away from him but Justin follows them as they cross the street)

Lauren: (He moves away from them) I’m sorry. You okay? Sweetie, it’s okay.

Audrina: I never thought I’d ever see that.

Lauren: Sweetie, you knew he did that though.

Audrina: I know but I had to see it with my own eyes to believe it.

Lauren: I know it’s hard to see.

Audrina: It sucks.

Lauren: You know you don’t deserve that.

Audrina: That girl’s a stupid bitch. (He tries to talk to her) No!

Justin: Oh my…

Audrina: You went too far Justin!

Justin: Doing what? What did I do?

Audrina: I really, really liked you.

Justin: What did I do?

Audrina: You know, I’m done.

Justin: You’re done? Okay. You’ve said that f**king 20 million times to me already.

Audrina: (They walk away from everyone else) I know but I can’t do it anymore.

Justin: You said it to me so many f**king times.

Brody: Why are they walking?

Lauren: Dudes, he was kissing another girl at the bar like right in front of her.

Brody: Should we just leave?

Lauren: I’m not gonna leave her behind a dumpster yelling at the guy who just made her cry.

Audrina: I don’t get what you want from me.

Justin: This has nothing to do with the girl.

Audrina: That’s bulls**t. It would hurt me to see you with another girl…And it would hurt you to see me with another guy. So what are we doing?

Justin: What do you mean? What do you need from me?

Audrina: You don’t care.

Justin: Honey, you’re in my heart and I care about you so much more than you’ll ever know.

Audrina: It’s just what I saw was disturbing.

Justin: What? Doing what?

Audrina: At the bar!

Justin: From what? Because that’s what I bring home. That’s what I do?

Audrina: That’s who you bring home?

Justin: Well that’s obviously what you think.

Audrina: I just keep waiting around for you to make a decision and I just can’t keep waiting.

Justin: It’s not about a decision whatsoever…at all.

Audrina: So you don’t care if I went and dated other guys?

Justin: Of course I would! I mean I’m not a…I mean seriously, truly? Of course I would. But I think through this whole time…

Audrina: But then when I wait around for you to call and like ask me out, you don’t do it so I just sit there and wait. Do you think that’s fair to me?

Justin: It’s not fair to you…at all. And I apologize.

Audrina: So what? (He touches her face, moving hair out of her eyes and she shrugs)

Justin: So truthfully, you can bail from this and keep moving on. Are you ready to move on? Or you can call and talk and…

Audrina: The only way I can move on is if I don’t see you or talk to you.

Justin: Okay. You think that’s possible?

Audrina: I mean…

Justin: Truly? (She starts to cry and move away from him so he holds her) No. I don’t want s**t to go down like this. Can you please just jump in the back of the car now? Yeah? Please? Just nod yes and we’ll jump in the back of the car.

Audrina: I don’t know.

Justin: So tell me yes or I’ll walk away. I’ll walk away. (He pulls away from her and she wipes her eyes. They move towards the car. He opens the back door and they get in and as he shuts the door, Lauren looks over as the car drives away, Lauren looking like she can’t believe Audrina left with Justin)

CUT TO: The Next Day – Heidi & Spencer’s Apartment

Stephanie comes in.

Heidi: Hello.

Stephanie: Yo.

Heidi: What are you doing?

Stephanie: Oh…my…God.

Heidi: What? (She sits on the counter in the kitchen)

Stephanie: You’re never gonna believe who I saw last night.

Spencer: Good morning. Would you like some cereal?

Stephanie: No. Um…Brody...

Heidi: Brody?

Stephanie: With Lauren, Audrina, and… (Sits down next to Spencer) who’s that guy who’s like a wanna be, roomer of all drama?

Heidi: Frankie Delgado?

Stephanie: Yes. This is so crazy. So Roxy and I are at Opera and we see Brody and so we go over, he’s sitting next to Lauren and Audrina and they’re like… (She makes a serious face) And I was like ‘Look you have a problem with Spencer, I have a problem with you’ and… (Heidi makes a shocked face)

Spencer: You said that to who?

Stephanie: To Lauren. I mean, if some girl as talking so much s**t about me…

Spencer: That’s what I said to Brody. That’s why I’m not friends with Brody ‘cause he hangs out with somebody that talks s**t about me. And that’s over his head.

Stephanie: And I was like ‘Look I’m Heidi’s best friend’ and Brody’s like ‘Oh please’.

Spencer: He did not say ‘Oh please’.

Stephanie: Yeah. And Lauren was just staring at Roxy and I. She was like ‘Heidi hurt me’ ‘And you made her choose, you or Spencer’ She didn’t make Audrina choose like she doesn’t like Audrina’s boyfriend, who by the way was kissing some red head. At Opera.

Spencer: In front of Audrina?

Heidi: Oh…

Stephanie: Audrina was there…

Heidi: What did Audrina do?

Stephanie: I have no idea. But he seemed like the nicest one out of all them.

Spencer: The bottom line is if we broke up tomorrow, she would call you and be like ‘I heard the good news! Let’s go to lunch!’ (Holds up his hands in prayer) Please, please, please…

Stephanie: You won’t though.

Spencer: Good work.

Stephanie: Well you’d do it for me.

Spencer: I would.

Stephanie: I know.

Spencer: And Heidi would do it for us.

Heidi: Anyways, I am so sick of talking about these people so let’s…

Spencer: Oh let’s get Heidi some earmuffs.

Heidi: Let’s change the subject. (Stephanie laughs)

CUT TO: Epic Records

Audrina is talking to Chiara about what happened at Opera.

Audrina: I have to tell you about last night. There is so much…we went to Opera

Chiara: Uh huh.

Audrina: And Justin was there and he was making out with a red head…  (Chiara gasps) at the bar. (Audrina nods to Chiara’s shocked face) Yeah I couldn’t believe it what I was seeing, I was like ‘This isn’t happening’. I was like ‘No…’ Like no one was there, everyone was leaving it was…

Chiara: He thought you left so he went to the bar and made out some chick?

Audrina: Yeah. That’s what he does probably when I’m not around. So I was like ‘Seriously it’s over like that is the last thing…’

Chiara: No done, that’s it. It’s like the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Audrina: That was it. That’s it. And then I get in the car and then he gets in and I’m like…So my friend Kelsey, she’s like ‘Where do you want me to drop you off?’ I’m like ‘Take him to his apartment’ So we dropped him off. We didn’t talk the entire time in the car it was silent. We dropped him off and he’s like ‘Come on I’ll take you home’. I’m like ‘No. I’m serious. This is it. It’s over. Go, leave. Don’t call…’

Chiara: Has he called you or anything since?

Audrina: Yeah. He doesn’t think I’m serious and he wants to talk to me. I’m like ‘Justin, I’m not joking this time. It’s over like look at me I’m dead serious’.

Chiara: And you can only take so much…abuse to a certain extent before you, you know…you respect yourself more than that, don’t let him…

Audrina: I still have to see him and end it for good.

Chiara: And you have to hold strong to that though.

Audrina: Yeah.

Chiara: Like don’t…

Audrina: I know.

Chiara: Don’t give in.

Audrina: I’m not. I’m gonna do it tonight.

CUT TO: That Night – Hillside Villas

Justin pulls his car into the parking lot.

CUT TO: The Apartment

Audrina is sitting on the couch looking at a magazine while waiting for Justin.

CUT TO: Outside Hillside Villas

Justin gets out of his car and heads up to see Audrina.

CUT TO: The Apartment

Justin rings the doorbell multiple time before Audrina gets up. She looks through the peep hole and then opens the door to let Justin in.

Audrina: You covered it.

Justin: (Laughs) I did cover it.

Audrina: Hi.

Justin: Hi.

Audrina: How are you? (He hugs her)

Justin: I’m okay. How are you?

Audrina: Good.

Justin: Good? (He shuts the door)

Audrina: It’s kinda messy.

Justin: Yeah? What are you doing? (She sits on the couch while he sits in the chair)

Audrina: Just being mellow. (She sighs) How are you?

Justin: I’m okay. I’m tired.

Audrina: I don’t know. I just feel like I need to move on.

Justin: If that’s what it takes for you.

Audrina: I told you.

Justin: What did you tell me?

Audrina: I told you everything.

Justin: When?

Audrina: At Opera.

Justin: I have no idea what that was about…at all. I really don’t.

Audrina: You didn’t kiss her?

Justin: No I didn’t and that’s what trips me out the most, is the fact that people run up and you run up to me and say that I kissed her and I don’t even know who you’re talking about.

Audrina: I saw her. She kissed you, you guys…I saw you…so did other people, the entire night.

Justin: You saw? But you can look me in the eye and tell me, out of all this…

Audrina: Yes I saw you kiss her.

Justin: You saw me kiss her?

Audrina: She leaned over and kissed you and you let her.

Justin: And I let her?

Audrina: Yeah.

Justin: Well I think you’re wrong. Luke and Jennings do because…

Audrina: No I’m not ‘cause I wasn’t the only one who saw it Justin.

Justin: Of course… your friends say they see it.? Of course they’re gonna say that. Your friends don’t father me whatsoever.

Audrina: You were at the bar with that girl and I was gonna leave…

Justin: I think you believe what you wanted to see.

Audrina: Why would I wanna see that Justin?

Justin: I have no idea. Because I know I didn’t do anything wrong.

Audrina: I just...uh…I just need… those feelings that I have for you, Justin, I really like you but I don’t know what it is with you. I don’t know why I always go back. Like, what am I doing? Like I’m just hurting myself. I need to stop, I need to move on…

Justin: But I want you to know like I love hanging out with you, I love being with you, I…you know…I don’t want stuff to end.

Audrina: You know what? It’s like hopeless. It would never work. It’s just…hopeless. I just think it should just be over and we should just be friends.

Justin: Maybe sooner than later. (They both get up and hug)

Audrina: Yeah.

Justin: Be well.

Audrina: Bye. (He walks to the door, opens it and leaves. She just sits there on the couch, probably thinking about what just happened. It cuts to outside as Justin drives away. It cuts to the apartment as Audrina wipes away a tear, looking really upset. Then it cuts to Justin as he drives. Then it cuts to an air view of LA)
