Kristin: (V.O.) (Shows her in the limo with her friends) My senior year was going great. (Shows her talking to Stephen) Until Stephen came home from college.

Stephen: Am I supposed to be really happy to see you or something? (Kristin gasps at that)

Kristin: (Shows them at Lo’s party) Once he found out I had a boyfriend, he got all weird around me.

Stephen: (Shows him out with LC) Shall we Jacuzzi?

Kristin: (Shows Stephen and LC in her Jacuzzi) Of course he jumped right into LC’s arms. Whatever. I didn’t need that drama.  

Jessica: (Shows her in a store with Alex H) Alex, make me stop lusting Jason.

Kristin: (V.O.) (Shows Jessica and Jason out together) Jessica’s obsession with Jason was enough to deal with. (Shows Jason at the batting cages) Sure, he’s hot and all, but I know his type.

Jason: (Shows him at Casey’s party talking to Alex M and Casey) What’s up ladies?

Kristin: (V.O.) He was about to make a play for Alex. (Shows them at their poker party) We all saw it coming. Too bad Jessica didn’t. She can be so naïve.

CUT TO: Outside

Alex H and Jessica are walking.

Alex H: Wait, here, it’s right here.

Jessica: No it’s right there.

Alex H: Ivy.

Jessica: That’s Ivy. No that’s VIP.

Alex H: Wow you’re a dumbass. (They go inside)

Jessica: Amount of exercise or activity?

Alex H: None.

Jessica: Do I put like “little”?

Alex H: Just put “active”. (They go in a room)

Jessica: Wait why way do we lay? That way I guess. (They shut the door) So Jason and I got in this humongous fight ‘cause like you know how I’ve been super bummed about him just like everything ‘cause he never hangs out with me + never everything.

Alex H: You and Jason are always in a fight.

Jessica: Well it’s just that like, okay there’s literally two things he can do to make me happy.

Alex H: What are the two things?

Jessica: Don’t lie to me and like call me every once in a while. Don’t like leave me like sitting here like “What is he gonna do?” Like “What is he doing?”

Alex H: I get why he feels like he can’t just tell you like, like he feels like…

Jessica: It’s not like I’m a psycho girlfriend either.

Alex H: I know. Guys are so annoying.

Jessica: I know.

Woman: Turn over.

Alex H: Okay.

Jessica: Oh there’s my boobs, there’s my boobs. (They turn over)

Opening Credits

CUT TO: LC’s House

Stephen: I’m tired.

LC: Wake up.

Stephen: I gotta be leaving.

LC: We went to bed at four.

Stephen: (LC looks at a pan) Wait so last night was… (He laughs)

LC: There’s still a piece on the bottom of the pan.

Stephen: No way. That’s funny.

LC: Yeah. They’re really good. (She’s putting food on plates) Do you want whipped cream with it Stephen? (He mumbles something) Really? It’s really good with it. I’ll put a little bit.

Stephen: All right. (She pretends to spray him then sprays the pan. Then they sit down)

LC: Lo came over the day before yesterday.

Stephen: And?

LC: We sat and talked for like two hours. It was super fun.

Stephen: Oh.

LC: Like right here. Two hours.

Stephen: About what?

LC: Oh, we talked about you a lot.

Stephen: No you didn’t.

LC: Yeah it’s our favorite subject.

Stephen: Are you serious?

LC: Oh yeah.

Stephen: You’re not joking?

LC: No I’m not joking. (He ruffles her hair)

Stephen: Can you make me breakfast again?

LC: When?

Stephen: I don’t know. (LC takes the plate off the table. She hugs Stephen good bye and shuts the door when he leaves)

LC: Bye.

Stephen: See ya. (It shows him leaving)

CUT TO: The Beach

Talan and Jason are surfing as Alex M and Taylor are walking on the sand.

Alex M: Like how many times we’ve changed friends I don’t know.

Taylor: But thank god we have each other. Ooh, here comes a big one.

Alex M: I don’t know. When you and Kristin were really good friends…

Taylor: I don’t know. It seems like one day we were good friends and the next day she was like…(makes a mean noise)

Alex M: I know. Is that Talan and Jason? Do they see us? (Taylor waves at them)

Taylor: (Talan and Jason walk over to them) Oh that’s cute.

Alex M: Oh man he’s hot.

Talan: What’s up?

Alex M: We saw you guys surfing. (Talan almost hits Jason) Oh you almost whacked him in the head. Long time no see Jason.

Jason: How you been?

Alex M: Pretty good.

Jason: You dye your hair?

Alex M: No it looks lighter huh?

Jason: Yeah.

Alex M: I don’t like it.

Jason: Really?

Alex M: I think I’m gonna dye it dark again. What are you guys doing later? We’re having a poker party at Morgan’s.

Jason: Really?

Taylor: You should come by tonight.

Alex M: If it’s okay with Jessica. It was nice seeing you guys. You should give me call sometime.

Jason: I will. I’ll call you later.

Alex M: (They start to walk away) Oh, they’re cute. I hope they come by tonight.

Talan: What do you think of Alex?

Jason: I don’t know. She’s pretty cool.

Talan: I think Taylor is such a cutie. I would marry Taylor.

Jason: All right dude, let’s get out of here and go get some grub.

Talan: All right I’m done.

CUT TO: Alex H.’s House

They’re getting ready to go out.

Kristin: So did you guys hear about Morgan’s little poker night shindig?

Alex H: Yeah.

Jessica: Yeah. Who’s going to that?

Kristin: Alex and Taylor and all them.

Alex H: I don’t know about that.

Kristin: That’s great.

Alex H: Well I’m glad we’re going out instead.

Kristin: So Jess what’s Jason up to?

Jessica: Oh I’m like “Can we hang out later tonight and stuff?” And he’s like “Well I’m going to dinner with Cedric”. I’m like…

Kristin: Is Cedric like his boyfriend or something? (They laugh)

CUT TO: Morgan S.’s House

Casey: (She comes in) Girls, hi. Ooh, fun.

Morgan S: You’re wearing the jacket that we got.

Casey: Yeah.

Girl: Sparkly.

Morgan S: Come sit.

Alex M: Hey dude.

Taylor: You look pretty.

Casey: Thank you. You guys look gorgeous.

CUT TO: Kristin’s Car

Kristin: So you’re thinking that tonight is you know girls night, whatever.

Jessica: But it’s not.

Kristin: No I mean it is but like there’s catch. Depending on many people are at Dave and Buster’s (Points to Alex H) you have to at least get one guys number.

Alex H: So you guys had this planned the whole time.

Jessica: Yeah. (Her phone rings) Hi. (Shows Jason in the car with Cedric)

Jason: What are you doing?

Jessica: Just hanging out with the girls. Wait, where are you going?

Jason: I’m just out with Cedric right now.

Jessica: Okay I love you.

Jason: I’ll call you in, like, a little bit.

Jessica: (Shows her in the car) Bye. (Then it shows Jason and Cedric. They put on masks)

Cedric: Dude this is sketchy. (He stops the car in front of Morgan S.’s house) All right let’s get out and do it. (Shines the flashlight on Jason) Dude you look scary. (Shines the light on himself) Do I look scary? (They laugh)

Jason: Alex is gonna freak out. (They laugh as they walk)

CUT TO: Dave and Buster’s

Kristin, Jessica, and Alex H head inside.

Kristin: You guys are walking really fast.

Alex H: Wait where are we going?

Kristin: Just follow me. (They go in) Yeah in like five seconds. Okay hot guys are obviously not in the restaurant. They’re over there by the pool table.

Jessica: Yeah, yeah. Get the fat boy with the beard’s number. Right there. (They look. Kristin laughs)

Alex H: You guys are such bitches.

CUT TO: Morgan S.’s House

Cedric and Jason are walking around outside.

Casey: I worked at Ruby’s.

Morgan S: You did?

Taylor: No way.

Morgan S: For how long?

Alex M: A week?

Casey: No. Are you kidding me? (A phone rings) For like a month and a half + then I went to my beauty pageant for Miss California and I couldn’t do it anymore.

Morgan S: Did you win?

Casey: No I got first runner up.

Morgan S: Ooh.

Morgan S.’s Dad: Morgan it’s Dad. Pick up the phone.

Girl: Ooh, someone’s in trouble.

Morgan S: Hey Dad. Again? (She goes to look at something) No don’t get the cops here. There’s nothing blinking at all. I’m looking at the thing right now. Okay. We really need to get a new alarm ‘cause this keeps happening to us. Okay I love you. Bye. (She hangs up the phone)

Cedric: (Shows them outside) No run that way ‘cause they’re right there.

Morgan S: I guess the alarm company called and said that our alarm was going off.

Casey: My house has such a gnarly alarm system.

Morgan S: No s**t, look at your house.

Taylor: (Shows them putting red stuff on a door) Remember that one time Morgan when I was at my house? I was at home all alone, I got a brand new bathing suit, and I look in the mirror and there’s a man standing behind me.

Casey: Oh my god.

Taylor: He just walked away.

Casey: You guys, people are scary, like it’s a scary world out there.

Alex M: Oh, and we live in Laguna, we have no idea. (Jason hits a window)

Taylor: Remember…(He does it again)

Morgan S: Hello? (He laughs) Should I go check that out? The alarm company did call.

Alex M: Shut up Morgan.
Casey: Morgan don’t. I’m so scared.

Morgan S: What the hell? There’s blood. (Jason falls over and laughs. Casey screams)

Alex M: This is not funny. (He hits the window. They run around + scream)

Morgan S: There’s stuff right there too. (They open the door and shut it screaming)

Casey: We’ll fight them. I know karate. (Casey goes outside)

Girl: No you guys don’t go out there.

Casey: Come on.

Taylor: What the heck is Casey doing? (Casey screams. They run outside)

Alex M: What? (Jason yells and Morgan S screams) You stop.

Jason: She slipped up.

Alex M: I didn’t see you, you a** face.

Jason: Geez, getting mad. Here hold this bro.

Cedric: No.

Jason: All right dude. Hold this.

Alex M: I’m not holding it.

Jason: Well you don’t have to hold it. It’s okay. (Hugs Casey) It’s okay.

Alex M: Don’t be so mean.

Jason: It’s okay.

CUT TO: Dave and Buster’s

Guy: So hi.

Kristin: Hi.

Guy: You guys should come and play pool with us for a little bit.

Alex H: That could be fun.

Kristin: I don’t know, whatever.

Guy: Whenever you want.

Kristin: I don’t know, we’re leaving kinda soon.

Jessica: Maybe you could get his number.

Alex H: Could I get your number, just randomly? Really?

Kristin: You have a cell phone dude. Get it.

Alex H: Oh thanks. All right.

Guy: You guys enjoy your dinner.

Kristin: Thanks we will.

Alex H: F**king bitches. (Kristin laughs) Oh my god.

Kristin: Dave and Buster’s, creepy guys, yeah. You’re all over it. (She high fives Alex H. They go outside to leave) Thank you.

Jessica: Kristin did you have fun?

Kristin: I had fun.  

Jessica: I had fun.

Kristin: Yeah. (Then it shows them in the car)

Alex H: Say I go on a date with this guy and I found out he’s exactly like Jason, I’d be over it in a second.

Kristin: I love how we’re using Jason, like Jessica’s boyfriend as an example.

Jessica: I know.

Kristin: We’re like “If he’s like Jason, we’d be over it”.

Jessica: Thanks bitches. But can I say one thing?

Kristin: No. What?

Jessica: 50% of the problem with Jason is that we know his past. If I didn’t know his past, then I’d be like “Oh he’s so cute”.

Kristin: Then you’d be fooled.

Alex H: No you can’t trust him.

Kristin: Jessica, I don’t trust him. Dude, he reminds me of me.

Jessica: He is a boy version of you. He really is.

Alex H: Kristin is a girl version of a guy.

Kristin: Jessica, you need to listen to me. Jason has cheated on you.

Jessica: But then like if I think he’s lying to me like about where he’s going or something, he’s like “It pisses me off that you always think I’m lying to you and I don’t lie to you”.

Kristin: Jessica, I’m telling you from someone who used to cheat on her boyfriend. Those are signs of him cheating.

Jessica: Kristin like but no offense but you can get any guy you want, anytime, anyplace, you can. I’m sorry you can. But I can’t. I’m a different person and I can’t do that.

Kristin: But that doesn’t mean you should be treated like s**t Jessica. I’m sorry but like you should like get out of that, there’s so many guys out there that would treat you well.

Jessica: Every guy I’ve ever been with has treated me like s**t. Every guy I’ve ever known…

Kristin: Like two guys.

Alex H: Would you ever break up with Jason?

Jessica: If he cheated on me and I had solid proof and evidence, yes I would.

CUT TO: Morgan S.’s House

Alex M: I mean how would you…?

Jason: Let me clean your pants for you. (She moves away)

Alex M: What’s funny about that?

Jason: Are you serious? (She gives him a look) I didn’t do it…I’m sorry Alex.

Alex M: I accept your apology.

Jason: Come here. (He hugs her)

Alex M: (He whispers to her) Okay.

Jason: Let’s go. It’s slippery outside.

Cedric: Don’t go on the side of the back, right there it’s like a slant, there’s a little…(Taylor looks to see what they’re doing)

Jason: (Shows them outside) How’s your poker game?

Alex M: Try explaining a poker game to five girls. And we’re just like “Whatever”.

Jason: You guys weren’t fun at all about what happened?

Alex M: We weren’t freaked out?

Jason: Yeah.

Alex M: Uh, yes we were. Did you not hear us screaming? My voice is gone now. Thank you very much. I won’t be able to sing on Monday.

Jason: All right I’m sorry.

Alex M: No you don’t have to apologize. Yeah, well.

Jason: You need to chill on the rocking.

Alex M: I know. It’s a bad habit. Oh, okay. Chill man. Did you think I was gonna kick you?

Jason: No I’m just…you know? You wanna go inside?

Alex M: No.

CUT TO: Store

Kristin, Jessica, and Alex H are getting out of Kristin’s car and going in a store. It shows Taylor working in where they’re going.

Kristin: Are you guys going to say hi to Taylor?

Alex H: I don’t know.

Kristin: Bitch.

Alex H: She’s probably going to be all fake like, “Hi!” (They go in the store)

Taylor: Hey guys.

Jessica: Hi Taylor.

Kristin: Hi.

Alex H: Hi.

Taylor: That’s a cute shirt.

Jessica: Oh gracias.

Taylor: What’d you do last night?

Jessica: Just had a night out with the girls, you know.

Kristin: Everything in here’s ugly.

Taylor: You were pissed off? You were mad?

Jessica: Oh yeah.

Kristin: Here Alex get that.

Alex H: Why is everything ugly?

Taylor: Oh ‘cause he was like “We’re going to Jessica’s”. So…

Jessica: No. He didn’t come to my house.

Taylor: He scared the s**t out of us.

Jessica: Did he say anything bad last night?

Taylor: He did not do anything bad either. He was like, him and Alex were talking, but it was about you. It wasn’t like…

Kristin: Jessica you’re such a whore.

CUT TO: LC’s House

Lo walks down the stairs. She picks a flower.

Lo: Oh, pretty. (She opens the door) LC? Hello? (She shuts the door. LC comes out) Hi baby.

LC: Hey you.

Lo: How are you?

LC: Good.

Lo: Look I brought you a flower.

LC: You’re picking my garden. (They laugh)

Lo: Yeah. I brought you a flower too.

LC: Oh that’s so cute.

Lo: Thank you baby.

LC: How are ya?

Lo: Good.

LC: You have amazing hair. My hair is like…I’m hating it right now.

Lo: I’m sorry.

LC: I kinda wanna do something with it. (Lo shakes her hair) I don’t know what…Shut up.

Lo: Kidding. Wait I have a question. What is up with Stephen?

LC: Do you remember how me and Stephen used to be before anything happened?

Lo: Yeah like best friends.

CUT TO: Jessica’s House

First it shows Jason show up then her and Jason are looking at something inside and then they go outside and sit.

Jessica: What did you do all day?

Jason: Slept. What did you guys do?

Jessica: You slept all day? Didn’t you go surfing?

Jason: Yeah, this morning, yeah.

Jessica: I was mad at you last night.

Jason: Why?

Jessica: I don’t remember. I just remembered I was mad.

Jason: You get so mad over the stupidest things though.

Jessica: (She rolls her eyes) What did you talk to Alex about last night?

Jason: Ooh! (He laughs) Nothing, we were just talking about her singing career and stuff and like what school she wants to go.

Jessica: What else?

Jason: What school I want to go to.

Jessica: What else?

Jason: That’s it. What’d you hear, what? There was nothing said.

Jessica: Are you gonna lie?  

Jason: Well tell me.

Jessica: Nothing. I’m just wondering if you talked about anything else.

Jason: No. I didn’t talk about anything else.

Jessica: Are you lying?

Jason: No.

Jessica: Swear?

Jason: Yeah,

Jessica: Swear on our relationship?

Jason: Yeah. Unless there’s something I don’t remember. Why can’t you tell me?

Jessica: Why do you always do that? (He laughs) Why is that funny? Do you want to get dinner? (He nods) K. Do you want me to just drive with you or drive by myself?

Jason: Drive by yourself. Wanna go?

Jessica: Yup. (They get up and go to their cars. Before getting in the car, Jason kisses Jessica and hugs her. Then it shows them get in their cars and drive away.)
