Well, not really. Although we do appreciate you taking the time to contact us, there are a few particular cases where your email will be unanswered due to lack of time. So please DO NOT contact us for one of the following reasons:
Actor Email - You want the personal email address of your favorite actor. Sorry but we do not have any connection in Hollywood and even if we did we wouldn't give away personal information. We believe in privacy.
Actors Name - You want to know the name of an actor who appeared in an episode of your favorite show. We don't track casting informations so we wouldn't know anything about it. Please check the official website of the show or an episode guides website like TVTome.com for that kind of information.
DVD Information - You want to know if your favorite show is available on DVD or when it's going to be released. Please ckeck out our DVD Zone as all the information we have regarding DVD releases is listed there.
Music - You want to know the name of a song you heard for 10 seconds in the last episode of your favorite show. Once again, sorry, but we wouldn't be of any help. Believe it or not, we don't know everything. Try a search engine like Google and/or visit the official website of the show.
Script Search - You would like us to find a specific script for you. Sorry but we don't have time to do that. Please use a search engine like Google to find what you're looking for.
Tapes - You would like us to send you the tape of an episode you missed. Sorry but we have absolutely no episodes on tapes since we don't get U.S channels. Even so, we wouldn't have neither the time nor the money to send out tapes worldwide. Ask fellow TWIZ TV visitors in our Forums for help.
Updates - You want to know when the transcript for the last episode of your favorite show will be posted on the site. Since transcripts are added as they are completed we do not have any specific timeframe as an answer.
