Because websites disappear every day and transcripts are lost forever (Sex In The City, Felicity, Saved By the Bell transcripts were once available online). So our goal is to archive those transcripts so that they're always available even when the original website is no more.
TWIZ stands for Transcripts Warehouse Information Zone, which was the first name of the site back in the early begining in October 2001. The site became TWIZ TV when v.02 came along.
TWIZ TV v.03, which is the current version of the site, has been online since late August 2004. Prior to this date the site has been on involontary hiatus for more than six months. The real bithdate of TWIZ TV is October 2001 with TWIZ TV v.01 (version that ran from October 2001 to July 2002, version that had only and handful of scripts). TWIZ TV v.02 was launched in February 2003 and ran until August 2004.
One. Full time. Jim, more info here. We also have a few people that moderate our forums, a technical advisor, Noah, and a couple of people that help us out from time to time. The more people we have is in the transcripts department.
Because TWIZ TV is a french website, taken care of by a french webmaster. Although we try our best not to make spelling mistakes, some do happen here and there. We're very sorry about that.
I ran into a dead link. What can I do to let you know?
You can fill the dead link form that is supposed to appear in the page that shows when there is a dead link. It's important that you let us know about it so that we can fix it as soon as possible.
